WorkAbility Items Needed

We are very proud to acknowledge generous individuals and groups who have been so kind to donate to our program:

Long Realty Cares Foundation

Long Realty Cares Foundation was established in 2002 to expand our philanthropic activities. The Foundation provides a venue for individuals, and our company, to enhance the quality of life in Arizona. As our company has evolved into Long Companies, renowned for providing exceptional real estate services, it is also distinguishing itself by building a legacy of philanthropy.

More than 1 million dollars in support has been donated to over 150 different non-profit organizations in the communities in which we live and work.

The true spirit of generosity comes from the many sales associates and Long Companies employees who personally contribute to the Foundation. This level of dedication adds a unique dimension for all of us associated with Long Companies and we treasure our connection to the community.

Help Us Grow...

We are always looking for ways to improve our services and facilities. Workability encourages any donations in kind or otherwise, that can help us reach our goals. Word of mouth is one of the best ways to help us grow and we would love it if you would spread the word about our program.

Our Students

There are young people who do not receive services from the Division of Developmental Disabilities or Vocational Rehabilitation and therefore would not be eligible for our curriculum or services. If you would like to partner with us to help a student through the curriculum or job development, your donation would be greatly appreciated.
